REFUND POLICY
We only offer refund in the following two situations:
1. You have received incorrect product(s)
2. You have received damaged product(s)
In both the cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at support@soulfilledhomes.com . Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted
ORDERÂ CANCELLATION
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
